Warranty and Return Policy
We want our customers to shop with confidence. Every stroller wagon purchased through Famileasy is backed by our 30-day return policy, as well as a 30-day return policy on all Famileasy branded and third-party products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return it for an exchange or full refund (minus return-shipping fees). If unpackaged, all returned items are subject to a 10-30% restocking fee depending on their condition when returned.
Restocking Fee
- 0% Restocking fee if the product is still sealed in original packaging
- 10% Restocking fee if the product has been opened/ seals broken
- 20% Restocking fee if the product comes back dirty/used
- 30% Restocking fee if the product is damaged and/or missing any parts (Accessories, batteries, cords ect)
Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled for a refund. They can be returned after delivery as per the 30 day return policy above.
Please note these terms when returning an order:
1. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items minus total shipping charges, restocking fee (if applicable), and the cost of any missing parts.
2. Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of the return receipt
3. Please use a trackable shipping method. If the shipment is lost without a tracking number, the refund will not be processed.
4. email the tracking number and invoice number to craig@famileasy.ca if tracking is not submitted, there will be no refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like floor mats, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items purchased on sale, and Power Consoles . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
We offer a full replacement warranty on all part for one year from the date you receive your item(s).
